Northumbrian Medical Supplies does not sell on a sale or return basis. Once a delivery has been made, it is the customers responsibility to check that all items are undamaged and acceptable. If this is not the case please telephone us on 0191 2867799 immediately (or at least within 3 days) to notify us of any problems.
Goods may only be returned if they are in the same condition as they were on delivery to the customer, whole original packs must be unbroken, any tamper seals must be intact and there must be no damage to the original packaging.
When returning goods to us, please include your name and address, invoice or order number and full details regarding the item/s being returned. For items not collected by our own driver we recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of postage for all returns, as we can not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit to us.
