If any lines are out of stock these will be ordered for you, and you will be informed of any delay by telephone or email. These back order items will be delivered as soon as they are in stock, and you will not be charged any additional carriage for them.
We have our own delivery service which covers the North East of England. (Please see the box below which shows which postcodes this covers) At present we deliver in the Northern half of the region one day and the Southern half the next. This means that you will either receive your order within one or two working days.
If you are in our postcode delivery area and your total order is at least £150 plus VAT, then you will not be charged for delivery. If the order value is less than £150 plus VAT you will be charged a flat rate of £3 for the delivery.
If you are outside our postcode delivery area (see exclusions) and your total order is at least £150 plus VAT, then you will not be charged for delivery. (Highlands & Islands - £15.99; Northern Ireland - £18.99).
If the order value is less than £150 plus VAT you will be charged a flat rate of £5.75 for the delivery (Highlands & Islands - £15.99; Northern Ireland - £18.99).
VAT is chargeable on carriage
Fridge lines are transported in a temperature controlled environment to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We are obliged by law and committed to maintaining the integrity of the cold chain supply system to ensure that the goods reach the patient in the condition that the manufacturer intended. We will only supply fridge lines by our own in house delivery system.
Furniture or very large items may incur an additional delivery charges. We will notify you about this at the time of order.
